Статтю присвячено аналізу варіантів адаптації тексту Конвенції ООН про права дитини в різних країнах Європи, зокрема в Україні. Хоча Конвенцію було створено, передусім, як політичний і юридичний інструмент, дотримання її положень багато в чому залежить від рівня ознайомленості з нею широких верств суспільства, у тому числі батьків і педагогів. Тому актуальним є розгляд використання адаптованого тексту Конвенції в педагогічному процесі.
